In this world of trucking, there is what they call a "Professional Driver Performance Sheet" that shows the most looked at strengths and weaknesses of each driver using a bar graph (1-11) showing the drivers overall performance in several categories. This score is built up from the very first day out on the road and sees a variety of factors. An example of Andrew's sheet is below...

PDPS

Safety: 7

Stamina: 7

Backing: 11

Punctuality: 5

Safety is exactly what it sounds like, how safe a drive drives while on the road. Stamina is how long a driver can drive before stopping to take a break (before the mandatory 30 minute). Backing is the rated skill of a drivers ability to back in any given space, (dock door, parking space, etc). Punctuality is how well a driver delivers his loads on time ( a low score is typically frowned upon in this one). Of course, this score can be improved upon over time.
