The great, all deadly overseer and creator of the Death Valley dimension, Necrow the Grimm God of Death, is not to be fucked with. He is somewhat sensitive to perceived challenges of his power and subtle insults. That and his hair pin trigger temper makes him one the top most feared entities in all existence. 

  Since he is the creator of Death Valley, he has the power to restrict certain dimensional laws and rules of reality and even introduce brand new ones. But that is a lot of work and he'd rather relax and read the newspaper and sip his Murk while the television plays as background noise. Necrow can eat anything in Death Valley, but the most tasty to him are his own residents. In fact, the first Death Valley Residents were created just for him to eat. Such unfortunate ghouls indeed, as one who is eaten by Necrow will find themselves floating through an infinite plane of non existence or absolute nothing until you are driven so crazy by nothing that you physically start to warp into a disfigured, disturbed version of yourself.  

 Necrow's Scythe is the ultimate instrument of death. It can kill anything and anyone instantly, regardless of their resistances or strengths. The scythe is so powerful that it can even cut through reality and literally cut time in half. 

  There are levels to Necrow's anger. Pissed, Pissed Off, Enraged, and Homicidal. Once he is enraged, Necrow lays some Angry Eggs that birth some disgusting looking, vicious bird like creatures that attack and try to kill anything in sight. They are referred to by Count Critzey as Necrow's Murder Babies. The final and most lethal ability and weapon in Necrow's arsenal, is his Murder of Crows transformation. This is the ultimate embodiment of fear and death. This form is so scary that it kills whoever lays eyes on it. Those fearless enough to survive its appearance may not be able to survive its wrath as it devours everything and violently destroys anything in sight. This form is virtually invincible but he can be calmed by a perfect mug of warm, marshmallow murk. The smell calms him down, and drinking it fully reverts him back to his original self. 

Necrow's favorite television program is the Hollow Olympics, an everlasting live broadcast of bloody, violent, gory sports and competitions. He also loves reading the Horror Stories, the Death Valley newspaper that covers everything from important news, random bullshit, and even nonsense.
