Mister Oh, formerly known as the Unknown Ghoul, is a member of Creep Gang (one of the three main characters), a band of ghouls employed under the all powerful overseer of Death Valley, Necrow. While there are many classifications and types of ghouls in Death Valley, Mister Oh seems to fall under two of the three original ghoul types, Zombie and Ghoulie with some unexplained access to Ghost powers and abilities. Mister Oh's background and living life is totally unknown, hence his former title of Unknown ghoul which is any ghoul who has no file on their living life before death. This is an extremely rare occurrence in Death Valley. 

  Before being appointed a member of Creep Gang under Necrow, Mister Oh was originally intended to be a quick delicacy snack for Necrow who had never tasted an Unknown Ghoul before. Luckily for Mister Oh ( and not so lucky for Count Critzey's henchmen), there was some sort of error on someone's part and the wrong grave was dug up and the wrong coffin brought to Necrow. It is unknown what caused that error but if it weren't for that, Mister Oh would not be here and instead would be floating through the Void of Nothing, a place you go after being eaten by Necrow. 

 Mister Oh's main goal is to explore all of Death Valley and beyond and unveil the wonders of the "unknown". He has since given up on trying to figure out who he was in life as that seems to be impossible, so he just goes by whatever he thinks is the right thing to be at the right moment. What we do know about Mister Oh is that he's scared of new places and what may lurk within them and what could happen to him. in other words, Mister Oh's only true fear is, The Unknown. Except for when he is in another dimension, or realm of existence, or what have you. In any other place other than Death Valley, Mister Oh is a monster who enjoys killing the beings that reside there before he is killed by the inhabitants of the dimension. I'm just kidding, he has the same amount of fear and does what he can to survive in that dimension until he figures out a way out or back to Death Valley,. Usually, he is accompanied by his fellow gang of creeps or body snatchers, and good friends, Skelliza, Gravestone, and sometimes Count Critzey, and usually, they can't leave until whatever problem that is originating there is taken care of.
