The UPSDV is a company that provides delivery and other questionable services. They started off delivering corpses before eventually evolving to deliver everything from furniture, clothes, weapons, and even fecal matter. 

  This company was founded by a ghoul from Fecal Land, a very shitty ghoul in a literal sense but darn right a good guy in person. Unfortunately, he employs shitty drivers to deliver your shitty goods, to your shitty house for your shitty satisfaction.
