Gawd is the all powerful and fearless overseer of the Heaven Dimension (numbered #777). Gawd has the power to create beings in an instant but they can only leave Heaven in two ways: #1 being cast out by Gawd himself or #2 Having been given permission under special circumstances, usually due to a holy quest. 

   Gawd loves to think of punishments for sinners almost as much as he loves to think of blessings for the blessed.
